Theodore Boyer, Phillip Maisel, and Fay Ray, Seattle Art Fair, 2017

For Seattle Art Fair 2017, Shulamit Nazarian will present new works by California-based artists Theodore Boyer, Fay Ray, and Phillip Maisel. Utilizing painting, photography, and sculpture, these artists employ materially-driven processes focused on nuanced variations of composition, shape, and material.
As part of Seattle Art Fair’s public programs, we will also present Closer, 2014 by New York-based Naama Tsabar. Closer is a hybrid of installation, sculpture, instrument, and performance created by Tsabar and performed by Fielded.
